AEGON Trustee Solutions provides a wide range of services to trustees and sponsoring employers of defined benefit occupational pension schemes. We specialise in supporting trustees to manage closed defined benefit schemes in accordance with changing regulations and codes of practice. We’ll work closely with trustees to create a comprehensive, integrated service package to meet a scheme’s specific needs. The services include investment, administration, accounting, member communication and documentation.

Scheme actuary services will be provided by AEGON Actuarial Services.

Investment fund management services are provided by AEGON Scottish Equitable, and include the full range of investment partner unitised funds as well as group insured immediate and deferred annuities. AEGON Trustee Solutions can assist trustees in the ‘winding down’ of their closed defined benefit schemes. This can be done by the phased introduction of insured annuities as part of the scheme funding strategy and by managing the investment and longevity risks facing the scheme.
