2008 client survey results
We're committed to giving the best possible service to our defined benefit clients. So, for the last two years, we've sent our client survey to a random selection of our trustees. And where we can, we've addressed the issues that they've raised.

This year, for every completed survey we received, we made a donation to AEGON's nominated charities for 2008: Cancer Research UK, Simpsons Special Care Babies and Strathcarron Hospice.
We got some great feedback again, including:
- the clarity and accuracy of our written communications, particularly our new-style membership certificates
- the value of our technical update service
The survey also highlighted some areas where we could be doing better. Over half of respondents told us that they never use this website, or that they didn't find it useful. We'd like to think we could change that, so we'll be introducing some website improvements later on in the year.
