2007 client survey results

At the end of 2007, we asked all our clients who had signed up to receive electronic communications, to take part in our yearly client survey. This survey is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services.

You can see the full results here.

As you can see, we got some great feedback, particularly about:

  • how clear and accurate our general written communications are, and how quickly we send them out
  • how accurate our early and normal retirement quotations are
  • the level of our staff's technical knowledge

The survey also highlighted some areas where we could be doing better, such as:

  • the clarity of our annual benefit statements
  • the time it takes to let you know about industry news that might affect your scheme

So, we've taken steps to improve our annual benefit statements and you should see the results in the coming months.
We've also set started emailing regular technical updates to our clients who have signed up to receive them.
